It should be taken care of by relatives and friends of the victim if we want these types of video takers to experience consequences . We need to have a way to attach Names and addresses to all the Utube vids that these idiots put up . Let the families of those they hurt eventually take care of the problem if we live in a system that allows this to happen. I don't care about their "rights", if they're brave enough to post snuff videos than they should be the star in their own .

I'm just glad the cops got ahold of it before any family members/friends got the jolt of a lifetime.  

Oh, but you're right.  Somehow everybody is the next photojournalist of the year - sure that fame and fortune is right around the corner - and it's time they faced the consequences of their actions.  
But, the gov't, and/or law enforcement encouraged this behavior, did it not?

The government and police are there to make sure order is upheld . The criminal that killed another must be dealt with quickly and if they allow lawyers to prolong the pain of the victims friends and family that its the civilians responsibility to take over as they see fit . If a bystander does nothing than shame on them because they may be afraid of getting hurt themselves but if that bystander promotes what happened for personnel benefit than they are no better than the original killer and need to be held accountable with whatever consequences the victims see as justice  .

I havent seen the clip, I could understand if it was done by a kid or a elderly/disabled person otherwise.....NO.
Ive seen an incident where someone fell down a flight of stairs and split his head open, while some of us rang the ambulance others were filming it. Even worse they were his "friends" and doing the 'woe is me' act that you see on 'reality tv' shows.

If you are in a situation where you cant use your fists - then use your mouth.
