This little girl is only 4 years old and she plays like a pro. How is this even possible? She even seem to be reading the music as she plays. It’s astonishing!

It is. She's fantastic. Unfortunately, these prodigal children more often than not revert back to normal eventually rather than do wonderful things for the rest of their lives, or so I've read.
Also, far worse and having nothing to do with her talent, digital records such as this can easily be manipulated like crazy, so she might not even actually play a piano. That's just a sad fact of the medium. Sorry to ruin your fun.

I don't quite believe it.

If this is true she is absolutely amazing but there's something not right about the way she is using her fingers or, more precisely, the lack of her using all her fingers.

I can't see how she could play that piece without using all of her fingers. During the difficult parts some of her fingers are just stuck out and not in use.
