They're all gimmicky but it also looks like it does the job. I hate grating Lol.

Same here. Grating cheese is ok but if you're grating things like fruit or vegies you can't contain it all and bits tend to fly around all over the bench. This way it all falls into the bowl.

@2cent I grate apples for things like cakes and salads. Grated apple and beetroot go really well together.
I use a box grater and sit it on a chopping board but things like apples and carrots still get messy and bits fly all over the bench.
