I was gulled in. My "Alternative News" sources bought into the Narrative - this virus was deadly, NeYark was gonna be wiped out, we need field hospitals, ventilators, yada yada.

The break, the Narrative with Reality, was when the propagandists TOTALLY REJECTED hydroxychloroquine, a safe, proven medicine against malaria, and now, proven this virus, also.

That SHOWED me...that even with my independent sources (which did advocate HCQ) I HAD BEEN GULLED.

This virus was NOT deadly - except to the sick the elderly, the malnourished (includes much of China) and the reckless.

I think the problem is about it overwhelming the medical systems with ill people, not that it is lethal parse . just my thoughts

I'm a true-blue Trump supporter (so far...), BUT, he really threw me for a loop with the Operation Warp Speed.  And frankly, I don't buy that he REALLY took an injection of it.  His entire life, he's been paranoid of vaccines/injections, etc.  BUT....he took an EXPERIMENTAL drug?!?!  HUH?!  I don't believe he really did that.  So why is/was he trying to convince the rest of us to do it?

He's a known germophobe which would probably make him more pro vax than anti vax.

As a grandparent, I'm the person Kayleigh is wanting to protect.   I'm declining her protection. I don't need it.  If I thought the shot would benefit me. I would get it.

As am I, and find her remarks highly condescending on so many levels that I lost count.

She called all people old enough to be grandparents too feeble-minded to know what's best for themselves.
She called all of their/our children and grandchildren thoughtless dullards, who think of no one but themselves. 
She speaks with the authority of an expert, yet has no more medical training than (most of) the rest of us.  Meanwhile, I bet she hasn't read half as much on the subject as a number of us have.  

The ads we're getting here are enough to have me shutting off the t.v.  The Razorback's coaches wife?  Miss Arkansas?  The Secretary of Something or Other? (Unrelated to health or science.)  All coming on t.v. talking as if their comprehension level is far higher than anyone's because they KNOW what is safe, good, and effective for all people.
Meanwhile, this nonsense is supposed to be no one's business besides that of me and my doctor's.
