We've been feeding and medicating Africa for 50 years. The only thing I don't like about leaving them to die by their own refusal to live an educated and civilized life is the power vacuum that will draw in China or Russia to take them over.

theres lots of vendors who sell tower to tower and make a decent living there. otherwise the place would look like Phnom Penh after late april 1975
