From record store to astronaut. That's amazingly impressive in itself.

no one has to go into space to be an astronaut. to qualify as an astronaut, you must ascend beyond 50 miles from the earths surface. to be in space, you must attain the " height " of 73.3 miles.

Wow!  That was jammin!  Wonder how much for a ticket on their next flight.  

Wondering, too, about a whole new kind of "Mile High Club."

its just a farce. the pics they showed of him up there were from when he was in training on an airplane. they took a group photo before launch, but his green/blue uniform became blue. sorry. they tried too hard. im not impressed

he went to 53.3 miles. qualifies as an astronaut, and not much more.
