his cage is way too small, but it would do if he had about 10-12 inches of wood shavings in it. and 2 small containers, one to crap in and the other to pee in. most will definately at least gather all their turds and collect them so you dont have to change out the shavings. and a rare few will actualy pee in the pee container or, gather the soiled wood and toss that in too. a cage that small can handle between 15 and 25 full grown mice. IF there is ONE strong leader. otherwise its one small cage per nursing mother or one cage for nursing mother and nursing daughter.
