My depression hasn't gotten worse, but it hasn't gotten any better

Sorry to hear that mate, I suffered from depression a few years back, I found counseling, medication and a few lifestyle adjustments to be helpful,
Being social is overrated ,Id be happy living in a cave on my own, lol

No amount of medication or therapy has helped so far...........I refuse to medically numb myself as there are no predictions of how the meds might affect me.
It would take a long time to absorb it (the loss), and we don't have that much time.
