A lot I am sure. In Syria, Russia bombed hospitals to sow terror. In Afghanistan, the US bombed a hospital after a SF ODA came under direct fire from the hospital.

The former is a war crime. The latter is not.

they knew about the redesign of the truck chassie used in beruit '83 as soon as work started on it. dont worry too much. theres a large gas block off the coast of egypt that every single day for the past four years, a quarter cubic mile of net matter has been extracted from it. the earthquake should register at about 10.8 when it happens.

They both are, coming under fire doesn't give you impunity to bomb a working hospital, The most notable thing about war crimes its usually only the losing side that face the them lol.

the earthquake itself will flatten every building not properly re-inforced. the resultant tsunami will finish off all the earthquake survivours. THEN and only then, there might be peace around that God foresaken place. if youll notice the prophecy of peace only as long as the cedars of lebanon stand. and i saw no one replanting and watering.
