trump fails on the separation of powers

in good democracies there is a separation of powers
ie - the govt, the legal and the church powers do not influence each other
This is fundamental in the long term health of a society, this has gone in the US

Hunter Biden was prosecuted. His father has the power to pardon him absolutely. But he won’t. Joe Biden is practicing hands-off impartiality. He believes justice should be blind and people should be held accountable for their actions. Not only does he believe it, he’s doing it.
Contrast this to trump, who pardoned three of his own former staffers, a a number of business partners and his son-in-law’s father.
trump has promised a 2nd term of revenge, given his temper, lack of respect for anything that does not benefit him, he will do this. All to the harm of America.
