Biden can't make any statements on his own without a teleprompter or someone in his ear. He's a feeble puppet. Of course they're going to make him say he disagrees with anything that helps Trump. And they always make it sound so dramatic and intense because that's what the (m)asses who get off to fear porn want to hear. They always have to have their emotions stirred and be pointed in a certain direction because it's easier for them than thinking on their own.
