Toronto used to be a very-safe, clean, orderly place.

Back 22 years ago, when I saw that Erie County, NY, was no place to live - but I had to work there - I spent a little time shopping for land in Fort Erie and Niagara Falls, Canada.  Toronto was a little too far away, but I loved that city.

It was never, EVER like this.  Their immigration records went live in 2007, and I was identified as an Enemy of the State and banned from border-crossings (to this day, although there was a three-year period where the ban on minor alcohol offenses was lifted) but even then, it was still pleasant and safe.

Then came Justine Castro True-D'oh.  And with his/her magic pen, welcomed legions of Africans into Canada's cities.

And this is what comes of it.
