Sweet Young harpist playing music on the street accused of Begging

The young lady remains calm and courteous throughout.     It is a pleasure to others going up and down the street or nearby diners, they give her a bit of change to continue or to pay for her time.     It's rather like a tip and/or encouragement.  

I'll bet the haranguer doesn't mind violent illegals coming into the country.
