FreedomWorks is closing its doors
blames Trump.

"A lot of our base aged, and so the new activists that have come in [with] Trump, they tend to be much more populist," Brandon told the outlet. "So, you look at the base that just kind of shifted."
The shift, he said, was seen even in FreedomWorks’ own members, which divided into MAGA and "Never Trump factions."
This impacted the group’s ability to raise money, noting that donors are increasingly asking: "What are you doing for Trump today?" Still, others complained that the group was doing too much to help the former president, putting Brandon in an impossible position.
"[W]e’re not for or against Trump," said FreedomWorks’ board member Paul Beckner, according to Politico. "We’re for Trump if he’s doing what we agree with, and we’re against if he’s not. And I think we’ve seen an erosion of conservative donors."
Brandon said he has his eyes set on launching a new libertarian-leaning organization focused on politically independent millennials and Gen Z’ers.
what?
well....as they say...'Let's Go Brandon'.
this isn't Trump's fault.... FW got wishywashy and their base left them. THIS Is what they were supposed to be working for. WHAT HAPPENED. The money dry up?

Until former president Trump entered politics, many of these so-called conservative outfits were mainly parrots for the RNC.

Notice how it's getting more and more difficult to find people worth their salt?

There's many detours on the narrow path to Truth.
First, there was the public abuse and name-calling. Nobody wants the Nooze-Presenter Brigade publicly calling you ray-cyst and stoo-pid, and someone else's tool.
Then there was the potential of the Deep State digging up dirt. Once they have some juice in your file, you disappear faster than Herman Cain.
THEN...the Jab. A lot of good people thought it was just another vaccine, no big deal; and took it, to avoid issues at work or at airports. THOSE THINGS CAUSE NEUROLOGICAL IMPAIRMENT. Not to all victims, but to many.
Now, TDS. It is not just Dumbos who suffer it. There's a lot of William-F-Buckley type conservatives, even privately - who think very highly of themselves - who dismiss Trump as stupid or worse.
So there is some division in committed political circles. Trump's support comes more from grass-roots than from persons active in the political process.
So, this kinda stuff is gonna happen.
