it appears to me to be getting worse.  that shuffle is worse..>it is obvious the guy in white gloves is showing him where to go..as if directed to do that.   I'm surprised actually he didn't fall in the grass...and he might have for all we know.   Clearly he is unsure of his footing.

Sometimes I wonder if Biden's senility is all just a shtick to troll and demoralize the right.

I'm not trying to suggest that Biden's firing on all mental cylinders, but it seems like he has good days and bad days. I think it all depends on the situation and what his handlers are drugging him up with.

At any rate, they appear to be using him after all to go against Trump in November. I kind of doubt there will be any debate between them; they'll find an excuse for Biden to get out of it, and nobody will question why. Well, Trump might, but then the media will go after him for "intimidating" Biden.

Biden's the perfect System puppet. He does what he's told to do and says what he's told to say. The string-pullers behind the scenes wouldn't want it any other way. And the American people will just learn to live with it, even if Biden becomes a total vegetable. This country might as well have a ham sandwich at the helm.
