Promoted and paid for by Feds for Agenda 21.
They have fed owned land out west, national parks etc. THIS Is a way to get private land. They say you own it, you don't. They run the show. Oh yes, you get perks, it also decreases the value of your land. So with the shortfall of taxes for the county.... who makes up for that? The other taxpayers in the county. That's who. They tell you you still own the land...what they don't tell you is that they make all the rules and you will obey them.
