People now just seem to tune out to what is going on around them, unless they want to video it on their phone.  Many don't even know their own neighbors let alone be on friendly terms with them.  They just want to live inside their own bubble and much of this now comes from a strong foreign demographic in many areas.

His not yet being charged has to do with the fact that they don't have credible evidence to charge him with, the statute of limitations and the lawsuits are civil and not criminal.

No cover up conspiracy or clean up.
