I'm cooking cornbread with 12 ounces(raw weight) of crispy bacon added.
Gunna skillet fry some ham and make cornbread sandwiches.

Make a whole batch of bacon bits then freeze them (if they last that long lol) Then you can just pull some out whenever you need them.

Who can afford to do that? Lol
I seldom buy bacon. Its too damn expensive. I like to keep some on hand though for wrapping boneless, skinless, chicken thighs or breasts.
I only buy it on sale for $2.99(12oz)
There is a cheap bacon called jamestown i think. Sometimes I'll buy that for the same price or occasionally for $1.99 because its a full 1 pound package. Its hard to find a 16 oz pack of bacon around here.

It was so good. I ate too much.
After i made the sandwiches, i microwaved them for a bit..
I'm still looking for a bread machine. None to be found in the whole area. Just online.

I have 2 in the garage lol. I'd send you 1 but they're heavy and postage would be ridiculous.

Yes, postage would be more than the cost of the machine.
But thank you for the kind offer.
