Re: Coffee any type can reduce the impact of Covid infections
I'll just stick to coffee.
I have eight cups every morning. And I find myself craving more.
It's translating my former barroom behavior, beer after beer, to morning coffee. Too much ain't enough; and there's always time for one more.
I know I'm Wu-Flu-Proof, though. Haven't had it since my one time. Between my FLCCC supplements, my sinus rinses and my horse-paste stash, I'm ready.
All my neighbors are sick as dogs with the latest "flu" (they're told) but it hasn't hit me.
Side note...the "Flu" disappeared four years ago, and then three...but now it's here where the Miracle Jabs have ERADICATED CO-VIDD.
And the flu now seems lethal to a lot of people - most of whom are probably Jabbed...many sufferers I know, were proud Ouchie-For-Fowchie pincushions.

I'm not a coffee drinker, but if I had to drink it, it would have to be decaf. I gave up caffeinated beverages ten years ago, and I have zero issues waking up in the morning. Of course, I always make sure I don't stay up late and get plenty of sleep. I think a lot of people would be surprised how they could easily go without so much coffee if they just made a few simple lifestyle changes.

Actually, I wouldn't be. I lived without caffeine for the first three years I was on my own.
I was never a big soda drinker...back in the mid-1970s, diet sodas were kind of a niche. And regular sodas...I knew the sugar content. In those days I had no fear of sugar, but I would rather have had a donut, or a slice of apple pie, than a Coke for my sugar.
I hated coffee. Simple reason was, I hated and hate it with cream and sugar. It's how everyone around me drank it - including my ex. I just couldn't STAND it. Something about hot and sweet, not going together well in my own taste world.
Age 32, I discovered good black coffee. In Alaska, of all places - I had a long, LONG drive; I was dead; and they were out of Diet Coke. Not even any No-Doz tablets. So I bought a 32-oz cup of black coffee...I was amazed at the flavor coming through.
I have been a coffee addict ever since.
I could give it up...it's an addiction only a mild one. But why would I? It adds to my life

Hey, that's cool. Better a coffee addiction than an alcohol addiction. I'm not knocking coffee drinkers who can control their intake and enjoy the taste. I just think that a proper diet and plenty of rest is a better and more natural alternative to caffeine, at least it is for me.

I drink 750 mg of caffeine almost every day. Three cans of a zero sugar, 10 calorie energy drink. Life is good.
