I've never been one to follow the 'Royals', of which they resigned from. William and Kate have a touch of class, but I just don't get that vibe from Happy and Megan.

They had a year to think about walking away from royal duties and obviously the money from the state, it appears the queen has cut their legs off and they no longer have royal status.
It’s obvious they got a lot of American (suckers) backers to allow them to live independently.

Edward walked away and they kept him on a pretty tight money leash. I suspect the same has happened to the happy couple.
