Only an ignorant naboob would make a statement like that. Just because something hasn't been proven does not mean it is false. For example there are only 3 colors on a map. (Blue just differentiates between land and water) Just because it has never been "proved" that only 3 colors are needed to delineate any nations borders, does not mean that it is a false premise, only that it can't/hasn't been proven.

If it hasn't been proven, means there is no proof that it does
