I read it was the same 8 who voted with the Dems to oust McCarthy that now won't back Scalise?  Lord knows who they want but I doubt they'll be happy with anyone which is totally counter-productive.

When you consider Fetterman, Feinstein and others, virtually ANYONE of ANY age, health or mental abilities (or lack thereof), can be "elected"/installed or named as the "lead". We'll give a government paycheck to ANYONE regardless of whether they represent the people or themselves!

I think there is something going on more than we know.  Scalise was chosen in a closed door meeting. Personally if i were a congressman i'd be ticked over that.   Scalise doesn't have the votes.  Will McCarthy show up again?  Will they put Jordan in. This may very well take multiple votes and frankly..i don't know that it matters and i certainly don't give a damn other than entertainment value. Do the demo'rats have their own little scheme and Pelousy or Jeffries is waiting in the wings with their own little coup?  again?
